I feel the seller needs to be more VoiceOver compatible because I am a blind user and I cant see whats on the screen and voiceover which is what I used to listen to what Im doing on my phone I feel like it should be more VoiceOver compatible for blind users and it should be accessible can you please change that so everybody including people with disabilities can access the app and buy stuff theres not just sited users theres also other types of people thank you
Im not receiving notifications for shipments or watched & waitlisted deals both options are turned on with background app refresh on
I was given two gift cards for a gift and when I went to redeem I was told the balance had been redeemed. Since I hadnt used them I contacted the company and from the first to the last representative the resolved my issue quickly and in my favor as I thought I had lost the balance. Thanks again Amazon you rock!!!!
I had to delete the app just to SIGN OUT OF IT!!! Really Amazon???
Spent half an hour on the phone with the customer service center spoke to four different people and the whole bunch of them could not get me the promotion that they advertised through their own site. Half an hour that could have been spent doing many other things. I would have been fine had the first person told me they could not help me instead of transferring me from person to person none of which had any value in their role to serve as a customer service provider. Lastly, my problem was left unresolved. Last person I spoke to said sorry have a nice day. How is this okay?
9/10 times I order things on Amazon its from my phone. I wish there were a section listed in departments for Amazon Basics. Why dont you promote this more? Hardly anyone I know even knows about Amazon Basics. Seems like a no brainer to add a section specifically for Basics.
Every time I try to purchase my things it always closes out of the app and doesnt let me place my order.
Its absurd. The app wouldnt allow me to buy things like that from my app? I used to think it was temporary, something that would be fixed in future versions, but it looks like its a policy thing? Absurd and ridiculous.
As I scroll down viewing the pictures of the items for sale, theyll disappear until I scroll past a half dozen items before they reappear but unfortunately as I continue to scroll they disappear and its a horrible circle. Im using an iPhone 6 Plus with over 100 gig free, so its not a storage issue.
Have ordered countless items through the app and have not encountered one problem. Smooth design and easy ordering, easy to browse departments and manage your account. Will continue to use the app over the website.

Wish list opens in split view. Some functions only work after opening and closing wish list in this view several times. When selecting an item it opens in the wish list portion which is unusable as it crams everything in 1/3 the screen space. Would not trust things ordered this way wouldnt also have problems.
I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews, its not the apps fault, its the place where its being shipped from. Personally it is a very good app and those negative complaints arent even the apps fault, blame the factories for whats happening.

Generally have liked the app, not a fan of the new advert thing. Im on your app to shop and buy stuff. I generally know what Im interested in. I understand that there are items that are sponsored in search results but those are generally related to the categories Im browsing. Why is there advertising for the movie Snatch (and not the good one by Guy Ritchie by the way) everywhere? Gym equipment, clothing, tactical gear, computer hardware, etc. Not interested, not happy, not able to remove the ad, not going to continue to use the app until fixed.
You cant access account settings on the iPad app. You have to log on on another browser.
Its so shady that this app will not allow any of your Smile-participating-orders to sync with your designated charity in your existing prime account so that said designated charity actually receives a portion of the proceeds as touted by the Amazon Smile campaign. The fact that the Amazon Prime Smile-logo adorns the top of every page tells us this isnt a bug but robbery-by-design. What a complete farce! This intentional malfunction robs charities in order to line the pockets of Mr. Bezos. Shame on him! Were all frowning on this. Please change it already.
