Please fix your iPhone video orientation issue???

Please fix your iPhone video orientation issue. When shopping and wanting to preview a video of a product, I cant watch the video in the full side screen, only the small size. By the way, I already checked that the lock orientation screen is not on. This issue was reported months ago to your site, however nobody has ever fixed it... Once its fixed, Ill give the review the full 5 stars. Thanks...
