1. Revert the update so it’s easier to get to my wishlists 2. Make it so it’s easier to get to my orders and returns in two or fewer clicks 3. UI on wishlists and search function extends offscreen and is completely broken It wasn’t broke. Don’t fix it. Quit innovating for the sake of some dumb boardroom hogwash that uses the word “ergonomic” because trust me, this current update is anything but.

I tried every way to find a Customer Service human. No every time I was somewhere else. I never gonna use this place again.

I always thought that having prime it meant next day delivery, it actually means next week delivery. Canceling soon, not worth it.

I love Amazon, but grocery delivery via Whole Foods is a disappointment. The app should tell you if the store is out of a selected backup item. It doesn’t, so you don’t end up with your primary item or the backup item - just an expensive delivery, disappointment, and subsequent trip to another store to get the missed item. The store in my area is always out of common items like bread and milk, so it’s already a stretch to begin with…

1. Locker settings is missing to select levels on this app and website it is NOT USER FRIENDLY I NEVER UNDERSTOOD HOW TO CHANGE LEVELS AND I HAVE A BAD BACK SEVERE NERVE PAINS! My area doesn’t have Counter’s anymore reason the problems were methods using name and business name. I suggested a pickup number after the 4 times the business owner opened my packages because the DELIVERY LABEL HAD THE OWNER’S Business on it they use it for their packages. Counter should have a Pickup Codes for customers to get their ordered items.

In their app update, Amazon has removed the ability to shop by department, and they have also removed Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods from their app! Now the only option is to shop with the web browser.

You have to dig and dig and filter and filter to get any kind of recognizable brand ESPECIALLY for clothing but other things too compared to the complete flooding of the Amazon market with out of country poorly made, poorly fitting, poorly designed stuff. I generally always went to Amazon for all my shopping because I can find any type of item I’m looking for here. Amazon, guess what else customers are looking for…brands they know and trust. I’m pretty done. I’ll go back to using dozens of different brands’ apps so at least I know what I’m getting. If I wanted Alibaba or Temu or some other platform aimed at selling stuff without caring what they were selling I’d look there.

I am at the Whole Foods check out trying to get my in store code to come up. Considering it’s now hidden behind two clicks and the very narrow bandwidth available is being used by an Ad for Prime Video, I give up on Amazon as being on my side. What a shame.

It doesn’t seem possible to “Buy American” or even omit certain countries with Amazon… come on guys, please add this option and you’ll add a healthy boost to the US economy!

Amazon has quickly become a horrible company with terrible customer service. Accounts are constantly getting hacked, the app has many frustrating glitches.

They have lost 90% of my orders and fight refunding the costs. Lost probably $200 worth of orders at this point and things that do show up come in a week or more late. Recommendation tuning also needs work. Keeps on recommending products for my pet who died even after I asked repeatedly for less of them.

Most of the time won’t load while the VPN is active. Just want to spend some money, why do you hate VPN when you have my shipping address.

When their system malfunctions they hold no responsibility for it and blame your bank even if you can prove it

We travel a lot and need to send stuff to other addresses one time. Anytime we add an address it sets it as the default address until you change it back (even though our default address is set to home). We accidentally send stuff to another location probably every other month and it is super wasteful. PLEASE make a “temporary address” or “send to this address once” or when you create an address and don’t set it to the default have it prompt you to send to this address until a set date or something like that. It’s just frustrating that even though our default address is home, we just sent something to an Airbnb in another state because that was the last address we used. Please make it a little more clear what the shipping address is. We know how to do it, but it just happens accidentally a lot, needs to be more fool proof. Of course we love Amazon, despite the one star review :) hopefully it will just get their attention

The new pop-up menu is useless. Allow us to customize what appears in it or remove it. It’s just an extra step. Also, allow us to disable Rufus.

I love Amazon, but I can’t figure out how to pay my bill

The latest update has way too many animations in the app. It makes it nearly impossible to navigate. Either this is for actually finding what I want or for flogging whatever Amazon wants to push at people. If it’s the latter, I’m out.

This is quiet concerning for Amazon not requiring a company to disclose where a product is made. Do they not think it matters where a supplement is made? Is trust the same regardless of country of origin?

I put all the instructions for proper delivery but my order was not delivered to my porch. Instead the order has been left on a public street. Of course when I get that place there was no package there.

For some reason this is the only app on my phone that I am not able to use- I get a notification saying “no internet” even when connected to WiFi. I thought updating the app would fix the bug but that was not the case. Horrible app.

No apparent way to set defaults like no china shipments. Local US only.

I’m 73, physically disabled. My ability to walk is limited. I have my groceries delivered. Everything else I need I can find on Amazon. I’m lucky to live where I have these delivery services available for someone like me. Thank you Amazon. You are, by far, the best run company I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. I’m “Old School”, where pleasing the customer is a priority. I can’t think of any experience in all the years I’ve been doing business with Amazon that I’ve had less than satisfactory service. I would recommend Amazon to anyone for anything!

If I got prime membership an I had, had it for a while, I should be able to get my deliveries ASAP

I order two things and added 2 day delivery for around $23 just for it to not be delivered and got a “refund” of $3 which I still don’t have and customer service won’t help.

I really ONLY write reviews when something is a major disappointment. This new design is not it! You took the product specifications and tried to simplify it but failed, it’s a big letdown. Before, you’re able to click on it, it had a complete list of info and listed item in a ranking out of 100. That was a great feature and now it’s gone. Now you have to click individually on material, measurements etc, extra steps not necessary. Trash!!!

I don’t like the new update because I can’t see how much two things are it has to be altogether unless I want to delete something from my car and then out of back is there a way I could change it if there is please let me know

I am living in the country and the drivers can’t seem to read the number correctly. 7#C is very hard, number 7 is far to walk for a disabled Veteran. I even installed a Ring too but Amazon has gone severely downhill and it seems to be a generation thing too. No work ethics or want to work. Do it right the first time and there won’t be a problem. UPS is hiring ignorant & naive people too

Some items I purchase, have next day delivery. This is usually the reason I purchase them. It seems many times it is two day delivery. When it is cat food, I need it the next day. I wait to order since my cats are picky. Amazon, no weather issue. It was not shipped for delivery until the stated delivery date.
