Not as full-featured as the website
I continue to be frustrated by how inflexible the app is compared to the website. I regularly find myself having to switch to the website to do things that I cant do in the app or that are easier to do on the website.
Amazon: if you want people to use the app as much as possible, please make it able to do anything and everything that can be done on the website. I understand that some functions have been moved to different apps (Amazon music, for example), but the main task of the website is to search for and view information related to products. For that, please make it full-featured.
In the app, I still cant:
- search reviews
- comment on a review
- read a comment conversation for a review
- vote on customer questions
- vote on answers to customer questions
Other concerns:
- changing size or color options on the product page does not respond well to taps
- options for sorting reviews do not match what is available on the website
- options related to previous orders are not as extensive as what is available on the website
There are more, but this is all I can remember for now.
