Customer service
Spent half an hour on the phone with the customer service center spoke to four different people and the whole bunch of them could not get me the promotion that they advertised through their own site. Half an hour that could have been spent doing many other things. I would have been fine had the first person told me they could not help me instead of transferring me from person to person none of which had any value in their role to serve as a customer service provider. Lastly, my problem was left unresolved. Last person I spoke to said sorry have a nice day. How is this okay?
