Ive used Amazon for years, and have always enjoyed so much being able to shop and read reviews before I buy, and most of the time, if the price is comparable to store prices, Amazon usually wins for me because of the convenience.
HOWEVER- I do wish that Amazon would screen their potential merchandisers to make sure their policies were similar as Amazons. Ive purchased things and have not seen the fine print. Im sure those that reviewed he products didnt either. I recently bought an electric juicer because ours broke. We used it approximately 5 times over the course of a month, and the motor burned up. I tried to return it, just as I have a few other items that needed replaced over the years, but this retailer had a 30 day return policy. So what I thought was a great deal of $27. Was now $27 for 5 juicings. I think they should be a little more selective bringing in new retailers without checking their past record for customer service.
