So happy this is better than eBay cause you literally can find what I need plus eBay maybe cheaper but I can get my orders faster better and more non breakable!!!!

This app and the ability for customers to truly navigate and get help is non-existent. I would give it a thumb-down at best. Also, there is no ability for customers clearly seek out assistance as it relates to package issues. It appears that cresting buttons to immediately pay are all that Amazon cares to focus on.

Dont understand why this app only has 2.5 stars but I order from here almost every week and I have no issues. Easy to use for us normal people so I dont know why so many people have issues.

From searches without pictures, to laughable results (why the everliving swearword does a search for "grieving gifts" generate countless customizables-like shirts, "keep calm and grieving on," or mugs, "got grieving?"), the functional uses of this app continually diminish.

Any orders over $25 are sposed to be free but thats not the default so make sure you check before you order or they will charge you more!!!

I recommend using this app personally because u could get anything off here u could get it cheap fast and be addicted

Terrible customer service they couldnt help me with my problem and ended up sending me a replacement amazon fire tv stick. They said I would have to return my current one but didnt send me the email on how to do it. I called to try to get them to do this and they never did. So now I have two amazon fire tv sticks that dont connect to my wifi

I have been purchasing a great deal from Amazon for years now, starting after my knee replacement surgery. Everything was fine until Amazon started bringing in sellers from all over the world. Since then, the service is not as good, delivery times lengthened, and those sellers started trying to take advantage of the buyer. I just recently purchased eclipse glasses advertised to reach me between Aug 14 and Aug 19. As soon as I ordered and paid for them, the seller changed the date to read delivery date up to September 20. I immediately contacted them and Amazon. The seller said too late, they had been shipped. Amazon said they would see what they could do. After a few days, Amazon contacted me to say my case had been closed. So, FAIR WARNING to all of you buyers- AMAZON DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR BUYERS, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR SELLERS THAT ARE FRAUDULENT! I just went from spending 5K+ a year to zero. Ill now be looking for another place to purchase all of those products

This is the second update which will not work. It goes through the download process but wont complete the update. I have restarted my iPad, have the latest iOS, and would delete and try to download it, but do not want to be without a working Amazon.com. Very poor.

New update isnt updating. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Wont update to newest version. Just sits and waits to be updated or installed

Ive been using this for maybe 2 months. And Ive noticed one this missing... Since there is an only prime option in the options. Why cant there be a non-prime option where it shows everything else besides the prime items?

Amazon always removes my reviews that are less than 4 or 5 stars or hides them when they are verified!! Scam so you cant see the real reviews

I leave a review and amazon deletes it, what a pathetic company.

Prolly the best thing to happen to shopping sense the mall, customer service has been top notch for me and I would recommend a prime membership to anyone I know

Updated recently and since updating I am unable to sign in with my fingerprint ID. The app just freezes & will not give me an alternative option like password meaning I can browse amazon, but not actually shop or sign into my account making the app close to worthless.

Please add support for Amazon Fresh to make this useful for me.

Drives me crazy that I cant use my iPad to order groceries and have to use my phone.
