Amazon Shopping App Reviews

Having issues with the app. Ive tried uninstalling, powercycling my phone and reinstalling the app to fix this to no avail. I can look at normal lists Ive made. But when I try to look at gift list ideas Ive made for other people it gives me an error when I click on "See All Items." I was able to look at these lists on the app through this method as recently as a month ago with no problems. I assumed this was just a glitch. I am able to look at these lists just fine on the Amazon site. I have attached screen shots to show where this error is. Can someone please help me try to fix this? Ive tried contacting support and they were not helpful.

The current app took a giant step back. If I try to sort my search results, it goes crazy! For example, searching for something "high waisted": Ill run the search and then do a basic filter of my results(womens clothing, prime, etc). Ill then try to sort prices from low to high. It will at first only show me "relevant" results which is usually 4-6 items. There are way more relevant results to the search for "high waisted." Your only option at that point is to show all results which then claims no items description says "high waisted" and starts modifying your search while showing you results that specifically read "high waisted" mixed in with other stuff you dont want. Its a usable app but it went from fun to browse to Ill only buy what I need. Im not impressed.

I cannot zoom text out to a more comfortable balance of content vs text size, such as would be possible using the Amazon webpage in a browser. This is extremely annoying. Also I was forced into the app from my browser, which is also extremely annoying.

Need TouchID support... still not there Also, would be good if the app can accept payment from Wallet and ApplePay..Thats the future.

This app for size of the corporation and what should represent is horrible! Simply horrible. Pretty soon you will charge people to start using your app!

Will be uninstalling and just using browser. Disappointing.

needed a new lens for a photoshoot, my dad accidentally ordered two of them so we asked them to take one of them back and they sent them both back instead. And now I dont have the lens for the photo shoot today and on top of that the UPS guy was right outside of my house about to put it on my porch then he walked away because of Amazons screw up.

Things are going backwards. Need to use web browser to see my lists.

Last time I checked it wasnt apple, but this Apple Watch guy really is complaining about Amazons compatibility with the watch. Amazon has a great app for shopping and its already at our fingertips. My wrist is reserved for a mens classic watch, not a phone bracelet.

It never comes on time and it probably wont come at all

This is a huge feature that they removed. Used to be very simple to have them call you, now the best you can do is text chat with them. Amazon Customer Service is really going down the tubes.

Ever since the last 2 updates, this app is more of an annoyance to use than a convenience. Its always force closing, wont let me add things to my shopping cart, list or registries. Takes forever to load. Just an all around bummer.

What can you do to speed this app up?

Whose the genius that thought prompting you with different user IDs to login with was a good idea? Some of which are from private/incognito browser sessions?

Works great, best one out there.

The app needs to needs be able to schedule the beginning of the auction like I can on ebay.com.

Wish that this would include Amazon Smile as part of the app.

Couldnt find a way to print a return label from my ipad...ended up just wmailing it to myself to print off my laptop.
