I cant buy any books for kindle in this app. Im really unhappy about that.

Can Amazon please help with the sign in

Now when I open up one of my lists on my iPad and tap on any item it no longer opens up in full screen. I can only see the item on the thin narrow list screen on the left hand side. Also I have to continually hit the back arrow just to get back to my list screen when I do open up an item. Sorry but this upgrade was a downgrade.

Just did the latest update, lost my lists and I can longuet track pending orders? Tried to open a link on a product page and it open beyond screen margins, cant move window to see what it says. Was a great way to shop, please fix this. I have lists that no longer exists and orders pending with now way to see them?

Can you make a favorites button so that we can save our favorite brands and designers without having to search again for their names? Similar to adding a bookmark on chrome browser. Just think it will be so helpful. Been meaning to leave this in the reviews for weeks

Shipping is either on time or early and plenty of things to get.

Two years after split view was introduced, this app still doesnt support it. Amazons not even trying with this thing.

I have shopped Amazon for numerous years and generally am pleased with the selection and prices. However, shipping times are getting very long. The bigger issue is this "exclusively for prime members" junk. I have run into several items where Ive added items to my cart and within hours the item gets put on this list. If you dont want my business without buying your junk "prime" membership, then good riddance. There are too many other companies that respect their customers and offer free shipping as well, you are not immune to customers leaving.

Hey Amazon, why cant I purchase Kindle books from the Amazon app?? Download a sample only and then go to a desktop to get the rest? Stupid.

It works for simple shopping and lists. It also works for reviews and kudos and complaints. But it lacks when it comes to having an Apple Watch app. I would like an app to notify on the Watch when say a price has dropped or an item is in stock that I have on a waiting list. More seamless notification of shipped and delivery notices past mirroring the phone would be great too. Think of the potential if you had this linkage on Prime Day and you could send a Taptic shake and a ding when something similar to what I looked for came up that hour for a deal. Stop with dead end gimmicks like monitoring screen shots and expand into smart watches. 3/5 stars for having a stable app for the plain basics but keeping it vintage 2007 with many layers of obnoxiously colored lipstick caked on top of each other. I expect more from the #1 retailer in the world.

I wanted to complete a purchase using the application on my iPhone 5c, but the add to cart and quantity controls dont respond. Adding a product protection plan control does work. Its basically unusable.

The iPad version of this app isnt as polished as the iPhone version. The "Programs and Features" menu option is missing from the iPad version. Shopping on the iPad would be a much better experience overall if it wasnt so ugly and was brought up to date along with the iPhone version.

I like ordering off amazon but this order changed my mind so I ordered popsockets july 10 and its Augest 5th and there still not here when my sister order popsockets the same day as me and they came in 4 weeks ago I tried calling and they were very rude the app said July 26 the July 27 and so on so the app is ok but be careful when your order stuff Also my other sister ordered something from amazon in march and it still hasnt came in so just he careful but the amazon app is great!

Video orientation wont turn

This wasnt problem up until last week I use to be able to update the app without issues. But one day everything updated but amazon and when I tried to delete it and redownload it.. the button just stands idle doesnt even attempt download. Now Im upset because I have to shop on the website on my phone when it was easier to do from the app ?

This app needs to be improved.

Very annoying to select items, have them in cart, but only option is to continue shopping. App presents an endless list of "add-ons" that I dont want and I see no way to complete my order. Giving up.

It would be nice if the app, which does recognize my Prime membership, would allow me to store my Amazon Smile beneficiary. I realize that Amazon has to pay less by not including it, however I just use the app less and online purchases more so that my charity can get the $$$.

Amazon took a feature that takes away the freedom of independent. Amazon used to have this feature where a blind person can scan the item and it would beep/vibrate the phone when the bar code is in the screen area. Please bring that feature back! Please have it fixed! When that is being fixed, I will give it a 5 star rating.
