Why does the search function return thousands of results? When I search for something with 3 words, it gives me everything that has any of those words in the title instead of all words. Even when you narrow it down by department, you still get all sorts of things that are not relevant. The online version is much better instead of the app.

I am an avid Amazon shopper, and almost exclusively ship from the app. The new update is really a huge step backwards in design and function. List pictures are tiny, sort functions are much more limited, and general controls are really clunky. I feel like Im using a first generation version, not a nice, seamless, user-ftiendly app I have become so accustomed to using! Stop changing good features in favor of implementing useless ones... Please.

The app is pretty good except for the shipping options. In selecting shipping options, they give a date that the item is expected to arrive on. There is also sometimes an option for expedited delivery. This year alone I have chosen expedited delivery 6 times because I needed the item asap. Each time this option has been ignored when I get the item has shipped notification. I tried to pay more. No dice. Alternately the item will say order now and it will ship to be there in 2 days. But then the item doesnt ship for 5 days. These are prime items not 3rd party sellers. Supposedly if this happens you get a free month of prime?? Well that hasnt happened either.

Why is it so difficult/ impossible to buy a kindle book from the iPhone app??

2 star just for hiding the sign out inside setting menu. Will update the stars as I continue to use.

I paid for next day delivery and it didnt even show up until four days later...

This app is useful, of course, if youre an Amazon customer. But they often change how it works, and not necessarily for the better. For instance, in the most recent update, on my iPad Pro, all of the text and imagery appears ridiculously large. I can still read everything and scroll around to see everything, but it looks like theyve just upped the font size on everything, and made the images much larger than necessary. Im definitely in favor of apps being accessible for folks with visual impairment, but Id like to be able to turn that kind of magnification on and off. Also, Id really love to be able to watch user videos in the user reviews. Currently the app says, "view on full site," which is just stupidly inconvenient.

I dont store any payment information in any of my accounts. I also dont stay logged in. Its almost impossible to find the log out button.

Im not too sure why this particular app got only three stars in the current version… Everything was super smooth setting up and had no issues. I would definitely recommend at this app and think it is a great addition to my application library.

They say you can track shipments but all they do is send you to another APP. And when you open the app all you get is link to more apps. Not only that if you go to rate the app the lowest star you can give is 2 when I wanted 1 or -2

Many things 10% more expensive (check out keepa or camelcamelcamel). Shipping inconsistent, and often padded in the price

You no longer have to go to the store, just grocery shop off Amazon and have it Directly Shipped to your Door in 2 Days!!! ?

I cannot sort my lists by price anymore which is important to me so I can see what items went on sale. Please fix it!

Want to purchase that book from our app, since you are active and on the go? Too bad! Oh and here are some recommendations...not based off if your preferences of course, just on what we are pushing at the moment.

As a prime member, I spend a lot of time & money on the amazon app...Im usually looking for something specific, but want to shop around for other brands/options. I LOVED BEING ABLE TO SWIPE LEFT on products to see similar options without having to go to the full product page to then have to click again under a list of products sponsored or that other customers also viewed. I realize this function was probably taken away bc swiping the opposite way on accident automatically adds it to your cart, but please bring back the similar product swipe function in a search!!!! My other suggestion is something Ive seen in other reviews: having a custom price filter on a search...(like the full site has) Instead of selecting "under $25" it would be nice to fill out your own price point ie: $1-$20...or whatever the case may be. Thanks :)

Very easy to use. Prime is the bomb. Checking out is so simple and fast using the app.

I purchased 3 items from Bath and Body works the order was confirmed but when I look on my order list its not there like it just disappeared but they didnt charge my credit card thank God but this is the second time I ordered anything and the order goes through and then disappears like I never made the order Help please!!!!!
