Amazon Shopping App Reviews

Edit: After the last update I can no longer check out. It asks for my PO reference number and then it just goes back to the home screen. Ridiculously buggy app. At first its great. Then after a while you see the frustration on heavy use. Once you go back to the previous page 1. It doesnt remember your preference eg if I sorted by customer review it doesnt remember. I need to start over 2. It doesnt cache any pages. It loads every page again even if I go back. Bad design. Potential to be great but needs work

I love Amazon, but this app has issues on the 10.5 iPad Pro. It seems that some functions behave like the app thinks its running on an iPhone. The wish list is seriously broken. It only opens up on the sidebar and use less the 1/4 of the screen with no way to view the products on the full screen. This used to work correctly, but now is broken. Also device management for content (aka returning kindle checkouts) should be integrated into the app, or better yet on the kindle device itself. I have lost count of the number of times I tried to return a library checkout via the web interface only to have it open up the web viewer as the links are small on the screen and it registers the wrong on as being clicked. I dont understand why you cant add a return book option when long pressing the book in the library on the kindle... Or on the finished reading screen.

They sell used and fake goods because they dont inspect returns.

Tried for an hour to buy a certain audible. Put it on my wish list- I think. Cant get it bought.

Amazon needs to support ?Pay for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Ive been using this app for years and its always had this issue when scrolling and looking at the various products the images disappear. Makes browsing unbearable.

There are a lot of little problems. They need to start over.

Amazon is not bad sometimes cant ship to Canada but really easy and helpful. Thats all I have to say

They removed the barcode scanning function which was the easiest thing to use. Stupid

This is a very useful app when you want quick access to Amazon, but it does not have all of the options that the full site has. Id rather have all of the functions rather than the stripped down version this provides.

All I can say or think about is how much more money they would prob make if I was actually able to open the app and search for something. Usually (about 2 out of every 10 times or so) I try to open the app and search and it just says error. Most of the time I give up and never use it and forget to use my computer when I get home. Every now and then if you have 10-15 min to sit and try to close it and reopen it and search it might bring up what youre looking for and work. But usually its not worth the time or energy. It usually just pisses me off. Unbelievable this company has drones that will fly your stuff to your house but cant get an app to work well consistently and smooth.

Im so excited I bought my first dildo I got a golden limited edition 19 incher super excited to try it out!!!!

Amazon needs to support ?Pay for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Ive used Amazon for years and theyve never let me down

I hate using this app on my phone. It is always a nightmare just to sign out. Its like going through hoops and swimming through shark infested waters just to log out. Its like you have to wait for it to appear in the settings just so you can log out. Good thing i only use this for important orders. This app is only making me angry.

The app glitches and all images freeze whenever you are scrolling through daily deals.

Go back to allowing payment revisions, order cancellations/alterations, and basic account stuff on the app. Make it clear that items that come up in the search are USED not new or even sold by Amazon. And lose the BUY NOW button mere millimeters from the add to cart/add to list options that create accidental and false orders that cannot be cancelled.

It would really be helpful to have the ability to email a review. If its there I cant find it!

I love being able to save idea for the kids and getting price updates when things are cheaper but lately my lists wont open so I cant see anything Ive saved for individuals o my what Ive saved for myself.

Not sure why people are hating on Amazon.com Ive had nothing but great experience with them, yes there are A-holes sellers, but if they are prime, theirs nothing to worry about, Amazon.com has always stood up for their policy and making things better. However, just like how there are A-hole sellers, theirs A-hole customers. A-hole sellers: adding fake reviews, fake products. Fake reviews: are sort of obvious as they are marked as not a verified customer, fake products: dont be cheap when buying, wont have to suffer from crap quality, even expensive products, theirs always some bad apples, however, just make sure that is prime, and all should be good. A-hole customers: giving 5 star reviews just so they have a product for free or big discount, also fake 1 star review. A review that has nothing to do with the product, but rather just ranting. Not to mention the scammers trying to exploit some policies to have products for free, or an extra product for free. At the end of the day, prime users, buying prime products should be good. Prime users gets great return and refund policy, therefore if the product is not what it is supposed to be, just return it and get a refund!! I love this app, makes shopping very easy, nothing is perfect though.
