Amazon Shopping App Reviews

No longer able to filter wish lists to include items with price drops! Just purchased, unpurchased, or both. Useless! ?

Before the app was changed I used the "sort by" feature in my wishlist daily. From the other reviews it looks like many other useful features were removed as well. Please restore!

And I really feel frustrated that it wont. It also has a difficult time showing Amazon smile info and subscribe and save is awkward to do on it.

Hamburger menu in the top left needs to go. Please use real (labeled) tabs at the bottom for the most common functions, and dont bury stuff in menus. Also, why cant we permanently set search preferences? If you want to automatically search only items sold and shipped by Amazon, there is no way to do that. Its a long process to find only those items sold by Amazon, and its driving me to competitors.

Worst app ever. Does not work period!!

A turtle hiking in the grand canyon is faster. And the usability is about as good as that same turtle being your tour guide. Skip this app and use safari. Quicker and it doesnt bog down your phone.

It lacks many of the sort and filter capabilities to the point that, especially for clothing, I go back to the browser for most of my shopping.

8 of 10 times I try to use the app, it says that its encountered an error...try again later...for a company like Amazon, youd think they could haves working app

Why can we no longer sort lists by price low to high?

....I got two pairs of drumsticks and one pair was the wrong pair, I then tried to return the item but everytime I press ok it returns me back to the same screen. Trust me it needs an update....

For the love of everything Amazon Restaurants needs to have its own app!!! I know Im not the only one that gets tired of always having to use the search bar to type in Amazon Restaurants then clicking on it just to get to a feature that should clearly have its own app! ?

Has some problems

No way to leave seller rating / feedback within app. Pretty major feature to be missing since it is so important to being able to trust sellers. Theres literally just one button missing from the App that exists in the web UI. And fix your app. Bezos, ever sold anything on the zone using your own app? I cant find mine sellers account link within 5, and thats when I hang up...

Never ever will I use amazon again.

We are using amazon.de site because app is not supporting Turkish language

I have Amazon prime and a cc on file, I can buy things but cant/ buy download music or audio books! I purchase a prime membership for two reasons only....free two day shipping and music!!! Also you cant reach customer support without an account....even if the problem youre having is getting into your actual account. It states to contact customer support if youre having trouble accessing your account, but refuses to give you a number or email until you resort to making a new account just to get the information.

I have good internet connection but always get the reconnect error and cannot get the app to work. Reinstalled and never worked. Fix please!
