im the app used to be really good at keeping me updated with my packages, now i dont get any notifications when something happens and when i go check, it looks like amazon couldnt track it anymore, id love it more if it tracked my packages the way other places do

Amazon links I open through Twitter launches the app and the app launches Safari.

I love Amazon and would love to use the app but I use Amazon Smile and there is no option to use it on this app. So all I can do is check prices and wait until I am at my computer to order. Kinda worthless. Get with it Amazon!!

Note sure I understand why you cant buy Kindle version of books in the App. Most of the people with App ARE the Kindle readers!

It is not mentioned in the update info. Which is unacceptable. I called Amazon customer service, the answer is: "lets say we are not good friend with Apple." Well done Amazon, you just lost a tons of prime customers. Goodbye.

Please get rid of sideways scrolling on product options. Everything else in the app is horizontal with vertical scrolling. Search results have horizontal boxes with vertical scrolling. Orders and wish lists have horizontal boxes with vertical scrolling. Even the button to select the product options is horizontal, and used to drop down to show product options in horizontal boxes but with vertical scrolling. When I used to look at product options, I could see 5+ on the screen, but with horizontal scrolling, I can see 2, maximum, at one time. On a vertical screen, why do I have to scroll sidesways?

Please fix your iPhone video orientation issue. When shopping and wanting to preview a video of a product, I cant watch the video in the full side screen, only the small size. By the way, I already checked that the lock orientation screen is not on. This issue was reported months ago to your site, however nobody has ever fixed it... Once its fixed, Ill give the review the full 5 stars. Thanks...

Cant even download the app at the moment please fix.

I bought items connected to tools and autos. The "ads" shown "connected to my views" were chemicals for waste tanks on RVs.... not even close.

Amazon is the number one way to buy products and little goodies for great deals all day every day.

Really like the Amazon app. Its been very easy to use for me, I havent experienced any weird lagging or sudden closings, and its made my shopping experience with them much more convenient.

The app has become frustratingly slow.

Ive been locked out of my account. I called to get back in and ask for help. They said a specialist would call within 24 hours. He never called, so I called a few times after that on different days, with yet to have a response

I hate using this app on my phone. It is always a nightmare just to sign out. Its like going through hoops and swimming through shark infested waters just to log out. Its like you have to wait for it to appear in the settings just so you can log out. Good thing i only use this for important orders.

Sometimes the keyboard freezes and you are unable to do anything but kill the application and restart it. It usually happens when trying to type in the search box for previous orders and saved lists.

This app is great with the exception of none of my purchases count towards my Amazon smile donation. Please at least let us choose this option when we are checking out from the app!

This app is hard to use mostly because it is missing major functions from the main site which would be fine if I could use the main site too but every time I try it sends me to the app to not get the help I want
