I thought that Amazon was awesome but everything is expensive and shipping is very costly for example we wanted to get eclipse glasses before the date August 21 but we would get it in September. ???

Seriously? The most secure and current payment technology is available and y’all still want us to save credit card info on your servers?

I finger it out Ive spend a lot money on Amazon. And I love to shop at Amazon. I am a prime member and got great service. I almost shop everything at Amazon except fresh food! So convinced . I used to shop in eBay and aliexpress a lot. Now only Amazon I can get what I want only in two days!

Awesome app

The latest update makes it so much harder to shop on my phone. It worked so well before. Now when you click on an item, it brings up the same view as on the computer without taking into consideration the much smaller size of the phone screen. Its so frustrating!!!

My lists.... Cant switch to another list now. The bottom bar is gone. The "more options" in my default wish list no longer works either. Just bought something locally on clearance that was on my wish list, cant remove it via the app now. Normally the app works great, but now its unusable. Update: seems like every other update breaks Lists again. The above issue is fixed... Cant sort lists anymore. Switch to another list... requires a scroll to the top instead of the lists always being on screen at the bottom of the app. That function appears after an update, then disappears the next. Currently gone. Makes me just use the safari version of amazon on desktop, which makes the app useless.. or only for a quick search.

Does most of what I need the phone app to do but your purchases do not apply to your Smile support. I would complete a lot more purchases if I didnt have to go to my desktop computer to check out.

I ordered one medical item knee walker. And the page clearly said free two day shipping if ordered by a certain time. It also gave directions in what to do, to get the item in that amount of time. I didnt not get it. They are holding it. I sent amazon an email. Now they are shipping. SO WHATS going on, Ill tell you. They hold your items on propose, and give you a bull crap story why. To make people by the prime for two day shipping. They do not send the order to the warehouse for shipping -- that all -- I work in the warehouse I know what they are doing. The warehouse process the orders as soon as they get them. In order, as they come in. Everyone would get there item shipped the same day. And there would be no reason for a prime account. So we we hold items a few days instead of sending to warehouse in order to get more people to pay for prime. End of story. Big business ripoff. --- Walmart also not the place to save money anymore, check other store prices, you will see.

The user interface is terrible. There is no log out or sign out option, the search results do not always load properly and there is no price low high option. Also it seems the shipping options are lacking. This is far from an improvement over the previous version. Not to mention it has connectivity issues even with full bars or on wifi. Which was an issue in the last version.

So quick and easy to use

This is the worst site that I either used, does not return money, withdraws interest, turns to sellers or support service is useless, I do not advise anyone to use this site if you want to be as disappointed as I am !!!!

Useless App and Amazon doesnt offer any help to resolve the issue.

its horrible app. It crashes all the time! I have to go through the web browser to login.

you will be scrolling through items and the pictures on the feed will go blank. and u literally have no control. unbelievable

I use the voice to text a lot. It reads faster than I can. I cant use the voice to text in app because it wont let me highlight the text. I can have it read the whole screen but thats crazy because it reads a lot of stuff every little thing you cant always get for its just not practical tonight that way. Also videos from reviewers would be nice to watch in app. Instead of having to leave the app and go to the website, try to find it and then watch it. Very inconvenient.

Great detail. I have yet to encounter any issues. Prime example of customer service.

Please allow us to adjust the EQ of Alexa when playing back music. I listen through Spotify, and would like to use either the Spotify EQs built into the app, or Alexas own. This thing is supposed to be a smart speaker right? Please add this basic speaker functionality... I dont care if it adjusts the entire speaker EQ, or if it is only for music playback.
