First and of recent, if I could rate this app zero stars, I would and even that would be too high. The app - This app used to be so convenient to use but now it doesnt remember any of my information so every time I go to order, and I order a lot, I have to enter shipping preferences, payment information, address... everything! So whats the point of using the app? It doesnt save time anymore. Rude and nonchalant customer service reps - When you call with issues, it seems like a race for them to get you off the phone without properly resolving the issues.
Whats so difficult about making a decent app for an iPad size screen?

To difficult to log out, I have to hunt and hunt for logout.
The double login stuff is bad, and customer services are awful. They dont even help you when you need something. They dont even try to guid us to where and how to get our info.
Forced to upgrade from the prior app called Shop Window. That app provided a grid of items, just inviting you to tap and explore. This app on the iPad Pro feels like a poor rendition of the website in which sidebars dont function properly, lists dont behave as expected, and if you finally can see a list, it appears in a narrow side bar on the left of your screen, leaving the entire rest of the iPad Pro screen blank. Clicking on an item in the Wishlist would be expected to fill that blank space, but instead, the item replaces the wishlist in the narrow column on the left. What a disaster. This has definitely reduced my purchases, as Ive been fiddling and testing it so much that Ive bought nothing!
Ever since the update you can no longer find the checkout button in your shopping cart.
It says "Free Shipping" but when you try to buy something it ask for 4$ or more for shipping!
The app layout is fine. One issue that AMAZON should fix is mandating all sellers to reveal the type of shipping available. Is it ups or FedEx or usps. Im more likely to order ups as its fast and comes to my door usps goes to my po box. I hate going there. But knowing is better than not knowing

Unhappy the Sort/ Filter option for Items With Price Drops was removed. It was useful to see what might have gone on discount or is going on clearance/ discontinued. I dont see what was the advantage/ improvement to Amazon by removing this function.
I never had no problems ordering or receiving my stuff perfect app
Not made for iPad.
Customer service is non existent. They will send you returned products. To be honest they are not cheaper than other places. I just read their reviews.
Dont do anything for this site
Ive been reporting the same bugs for years and still Amazon doesnt fix or even acknowledge them. Ive grown tired of retyping the bug details and how to reproduce, but I assure they have not been fixed. Its a shame you dont read customer comments.
The app updated and now all of a sudden you cannot see your shopping list at the bottom of the screen and you cant drag items to it now.
Will it open after update.
