Love this app, use it on the daily.

I use this app multiple times per day. It has everything I need including the ability to scan with my phone to search. My only two suggestions to make it better are 1- include Amazon Smile. I find myself placing orders in my cart then having to go to the desktop version to get credit towards my Smile account. 2- no ability to sell directly from this app, again something I must do from a true browser. This app rarely has errors or freezes

I continue to be frustrated by how inflexible the app is compared to the website. I regularly find myself having to switch to the website to do things that I cant do in the app or that are easier to do on the website. Amazon: if you want people to use the app as much as possible, please make it able to do anything and everything that can be done on the website. I understand that some functions have been moved to different apps (Amazon music, for example), but the main task of the website is to search for and view information related to products. For that, please make it full-featured. In the app, I still cant: - search reviews - comment on a review - read a comment conversation for a review - vote on customer questions - vote on answers to customer questions Other concerns: - changing size or color options on the product page does not respond well to taps - options for sorting reviews do not match what is available on the website - options related to previous orders are not as extensive as what is available on the website There are more, but this is all I can remember for now.

This is by far the best app to have, if you purchase anything online and dont have this app you need to get it now, there customer service is amazing. I would recommend getting amazon prime. It lives up to the hype.

Shopping with this app is a breeze. Reaching customer service, making changes to your payment settings, or updating orders in process are a different story: the app doesnt support these and other basic functions and in fact directs users to use a desktop computer to resolve them. Even the website accessible on your phones browser cannot help.

The app works fairly smoothly to purchase, but the search features are nearly useless. Results are clogged with thousands of unrelated items, making browsing effectively impossible. A search in Books for "paleontology" returned books about politics, technology and thousands of other books completely unrelated to the topic. Even worse, filtering the results just makes them worse. Good luck trying to filter out kids books. I only use this app if I already know exactly what I want and dont have my laptop nearby.

This is great with all the tracking and how simple everything is, just the best.

This app is not very user friendly. It needs to be refined and simpler. To access anything besides items to purchase is impossible. "Account" option just takes you in circles, no option to view messages to or from buyer/seller. The app definitely needs some refinement. Infact, so does the website.

App itself is fine 4 stars My beef is with Amazon policies. 90 day return in gist items for baby registry. So I have a 20% restocking fee that will apply. Target & Babies R Us have a year guarantee return for "baby registry" items. Had I known my baby would have exceeded the jumper weight limit I would have returned it within "90 days". You cant control a babies growth and predetermine product especially for "baby registry" items within 90 days. I register for convince and the idea that if someone wanted to cross reference other products it would be great not to mention I enjoy shopping online like most people when it comes to registries.

Amazon is a great app to shop, never had a problem with it so Im really happy about using this app to get the stuff I need

They have clear one of my cart items already 2 times in the past month.

We live in NYC and couldnt imagine life without the convenience of Amazon Prime delivery and the amazing Prime Now! We always make sure Amazon is the best deal for something and for us, 98% of the times, it is the best deal. Our building always has a small pile of Amazon boxes in the lobby each day. ❤️

I love Amazon as a whole, this app is nice too. I love how it tells you when your package arrives.

Its okay I like how it notifies you about your packages but I hate how I cant use Amazon smile on it so I end up having to use a web browser anyways. Plus,the searches tend to result back with scattered items

I use the app to buy most of the items and keep track of what I have and what to buy. It was great until I updated the app in June that I cannot browse like before, UI is like using web browser and I cannot find my history. Better keep the old way or improve the UI. There is no image for the items and seems like it is incompatible with the phone. I have to use browser instead of the app so rather delete the app and just go browser. Fix it or delete it and my best suggestion is save your storage space and use the browser as it is better than using the app. Just plain stupid interface and garbage.

I used to love this app before the last update. It was a stable app that never crashed. Now, it crashes all the time. Im not usually one to complain but GEEZ! I spend much more than I should with Amazon and will likely continue the trend of it STOPS CRASHING while Im looking at random stuff. Then, after restarting it... I have no idea where I was on the page much less what I was shopping for. Come on Amazon; yall can and have done much better than this.

Downloaded the app to use my Amazon account to buy Kindle and Audible books. Dumb that you cant buy from those apps. Cant buy digital from this app either. Seriously? I have to use a desktop computer--or the tiny browser on my phone--to buy portable content?

I believe this is my first time writing a review because I have never had the need. However this app is amazing. I use this app for almost all my shopping. I belive I have only shopped on my pc 3 times. Its very mobile;I recommend getting this app.

Clean cut, easy to use, dont change a thing. Great company and great app.

I use my iphone & my iPad to purchase many things without any problems. That is, until I want to purchase books.
